Interlaken

Located in Bernese Oberland, at 570 m (1,870 ft) above sea level, is a municipality named Interlaken, a top tourist destination on switzerland tours package. The town gets its name from the fact that it is surrounded by two lakes, namely; Lake Brienz to the east and Lake Thun to the west. The river Aare flows through the town and connects both these lakes.
